North America's longest-running Jewish book award program, presented by the Jewish Book Council since 1950 (the earliest winner listed is 1949). The awards span more than forty categories; this corpus imports only the non-fiction categories and excludes fiction, debut fiction, poetry, children's, middle-grade, young-adult, illustrated, anthology, mixed-genre, cookbook, and non-book (Mentorship) categories. All categories are parsed from section wikitables on a single Wikipedia list page; the Jewish Book Council announces finalists in recent years but no finalist slates appear in this source, so only winners are imported.
